Summary The Outlet Sales Leader will lead a high-energy sales team at the Rockville outlet to drive revenue and margin targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role partners with cross-functional teams to execute merchandising, pricing, and operational initiatives that support brand standards. The leader trains, motivates, and empowers team members to exceed goals and maintain elevated presentation and safety standards.
