Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver virtual counseling services aimed at enhancing the emotional and psychological health of students and their families.

• Engage in individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a broad spectrum of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns.

• Construct individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic strategies that align with each client’s goals and progress.

• Utilize secure telehealth platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations and safeguarding client privacy.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, revising treatment plans as needed to foster continuous improvement and achievement of therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care, facilitating referrals to other specialists when appropriate and promoting a holistic approach to mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents within the context of their families. The successful candidate will engage with a diverse clientele, from those experiencing mild emotional distress to individuals facing more complex mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Licensing: Must hold an active LCSW license to practice in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
