Key Responsibilities\n

• As a clinician, you will directly engage with patients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both in a clinical and community setting.

• Foster effective communication and build a rapport with clients and team members to advance common goals through collaboration and respect.

• Implement safety protocols by identifying, preventing, and reporting unsafe situations, ensuring a secure environment for all clients.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings, and when necessary, arrange for comprehensive assessments to support patient care.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring access to linked services and streamlined communication among clients, family members, and healthcare providers.

• Provide a full spectrum of brief, focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to individual needs.
\n
• Carry a caseload that includes assessment, individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring clients receive timely and meaningful treatment.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing support and interventions as necessary to stabilize clients in acute situations.

• Monitor client progress through regular meetings and ensure that discharge criteria are met, maintaining the integrity of treatment processes.

• Complete necessary documentation and reports accurately and on time, contributing to the overall organizational effectiveness and data management.

• Engage in on-call coverage as assigned, providing support during program hours as needed.
\n
• Contribute to organizational improvement by participating in committees focused on enhancing service delivery and quality initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
