Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and behavioral needs through secure video consultations, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach.

• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities to facilitate individual therapy sessions, guiding clients through tailored interventions.

• Collaborate with clients to craft and refine comprehensive individual therapy plans that encompass therapeutic goals and objectives tailored to their needs.

• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotional experiences, fostering a deeper understanding of their feelings and relationships.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress throughout the therapy process, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on low-acuity adults seeking mental health support. These clients may be dealing with temporary life stressors, adjustment issues, or mild anxiety and depression. Your expertise will enable you to provide the gentle guidance and support these individuals need to enhance their emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and current state license in good standing (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD), with no disciplinary actions.

• Proficiency in conducting therapy without supervision.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a naturally empathetic demeanor.

• Familiarity with recent developments in psychotherapy and mental health strategies.

• Strong technological skills and the ability to utilize digital platforms for counseling services.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
