Company Description StoneMark Granite specializes in natural stone, granite, and quartz solutions for kitchens, bathrooms, and fireplace surrounds. We provide professional fabrication and installation services tailored to residential and commercial clients. Team members work closely with customers, designers, and contractors to deliver durable, visually appealing surfaces that enhance each space. The company values reliable service, product expertise, and strong customer relationships.

Role Description This full-time, on-site Outside Sales Representative role is based in the Louisville Metropolitan Area. The position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors, while maintaining and expanding existing accounts. Daily tasks include conducting in-person sales presentations, visiting job sites and client locations, and demonstrating product features, benefits, and design options. The role involves providing responsive customer service, preparing quotes, coordinating with internal teams on project timelines, and following up to ensure client satisfaction. The representative will also track sales activities, meet or exceed sales targets, and proactively build brand visibility within the local market.

Qualifications

Strong sales and presentation skills, including effective Sales Presentations and clear Communication.
Ability to build and sustain professional relationships, with proven Relationship Building and Customer Service skills.
Experience in lead generation and pipeline growth, with a focus on New Business Development.
Knowledge of or interest in natural stone, granite, quartz, and residential/commercial surfaces is preferred.
Comfort with on-site work, including frequent local travel within the Louisville Metropolitan Area.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and manage time and territory independently.
Proficiency with basic office and CRM software for tracking contacts, opportunities, and proposals.
Previous outside sales experience, especially in construction materials, home improvement, or related industries, is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular client and job site visits.
