WILL be reimbursed: o Airport parking at provider’s departing airport if provider drives themselves to the airport. o Insurance policies for rental cars must be pre-approved, prior to booking, otherwise it will not be reimbursed. o Ride share (Lyft/Uber/etc.) and/or taxi from destination airport to hotel/lodging for assignment, as well as from lodging to hospital/clinic, and return trip
