Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional well-being and identify issues impacting their lives.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and in collaboration with clients, ensuring they align with their goals and preferences.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to both adults and adolescents, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relational bonds.

• Regularly review and revise treatment plans to ensure they reflect clients' progress and changing needs.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Be prepared to offer crisis intervention and support during acute distress, utilizing established protocols to ensure client safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes a diverse group of individuals, couples, and families seeking support for a variety of life challenges. As an LMFT with Balance and Bliss Counseling, you will work with clients from different backgrounds, each facing unique mental health issues which may include, but are not limited to, relationship conflicts, stress management, trauma recovery, and emotional regulation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and couples therapy.
\n
• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.
\n
• Strong skills in completing client assessments, progress notes, and concise treatment documentation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with the proficient use of electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
