This role is ideal for an experienced litigator looking to handle a diverse insurance defense caseload in a highly respected and collaborative environment. Job Description: Manage a broad insurance defense docket including general liability, premises liability, and construction cases Handle all aspects of litigation from initial case assessment through trial preparation or resolution Draft and argue motions, prepare discovery, take depositions, and appear in court Provide strategic counsel to clients while ensuring efficient case management Collaborate with partners and associates in a supportive team setting Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active Oklahoma bar license in good standing 4+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation preferred Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills Proven ability to handle cases independently Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
