In this role, the selected candidate will undergo a structured, fully supported professional development program. You will learn the foundational principles of wealth management, estate planning, and debt elimination to effectively guide families toward long-term peace of mind. No prior financial services experience is required, as our organization provides comprehensive, step-by-step training.

What You’ll Do

• Educate and guide families through comprehensive financial planning strategies, including debt elimination and wealth protection.
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships within your community.
• Participate in virtual training modules, mentorship programs, and regular team alignment meetings.
• Work independently to manage your client portfolio while utilizing full corporate support and resources.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• A background in Military Service, Leadership, or Public Service is highly valued.
• Ability to obtain a state insurance license (structured training and support provided).
