Technical Accounting Manager: GAAP & M&A Lead

Kellogg Staffing is seeking an Experienced Technical Accounting Manager in Columbus, OH, to join the finance leadership team. You will tackle complex accounting issues, research new standards, and advise business leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting. You will lead implementation of new standards, prepare memos, and partner with executives on acquisitions, debt and equity transactions, and other strategic initiatives.
