Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, working to establish rapport and cultivating effective therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, stability, and future steps, including appropriate discharge planning.

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs.

• Maintain precise documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Conduct initial intake assessments to determine clients' needs and develop strategies for treatment.

• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions weekly, applying therapeutic techniques that best support client growth.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions for professional development and case discussion.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• Proficient in using technology, including spreadsheets, RMS systems, and Outlook for documentation and communication.

• Competence in conducting intake assessments and providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
