This position is remote, utilizing a telehealth format to reach clients across New Jersey. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Red Oak Mental Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in our outpatient treatment center supporting young adults aged 18 to 30. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaboratively design individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and reflect each client's unique needs.

• Monitoring Progress: Implement assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and discuss complex cases.

Your primary focus will be on young adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As part of our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), you will contribute to a supportive environment that fosters healing and personal growth. By offering evidence-based practices alongside holistic approaches, you will help clients develop the skills they need to thrive and reclaim their lives.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in New Jersey. A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills, active listening, and effective communication abilities are essential for providing high-quality care to clients.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
