Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Family Care LLC, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging and supportive group sessions, where clients can connect, share experiences, and learn from one another.

• Individual Counseling: Conduct personalized and empathetic therapy sessions, guiding clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies and individualized action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and preferences.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document clients’ progress through various evaluation tools and feedback methods to ensure effective treatment.

• Collaboration: Coordinate care and consult with a multidisciplinary team to tackle complex cases, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on young adults aged 18 to 30, who may be facing various mental health challenges. Family Care LLC's outpatient treatment center offers both evidence-based and holistic approaches, particularly within our partial hospitalization program (PHP). As a counselor, you will have the opportunity to witness firsthand the impact of your support and intervention in the lives of your clients.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Family Care LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
