Key Responsibilities\n

  Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and meaningful group sessions that foster connection among clients, allowing them to share experiences and learn from one another.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This population often faces a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. You will play a pivotal role in providing support that is not only therapeutic but also empowering, helping them navigate their unique journeys toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• At least one year of professional experience in a mental health counseling role.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults, particularly in an outpatient or telehealth setting.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and assessment tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and continued education opportunities, including CEU support and free clinical supervision.
