Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a manageable caseload of clients while building rapport and professional relationships based on trust and ethical guidelines.

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, address challenges, and develop plans for successful discharge when appropriate.

• Designing, executing, and overseeing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Documenting client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Conducting initial intake assessments to accurately gauge clients’ mental health requirements and establish baseline measures.

• Participating in individual supervision sessions to reflect on practices, seek feedback, and foster continuous improvement.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to enhance holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on working with youth and families who are confronting various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• A current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
