What You'll Do

• Provide expert care to ICU patients across multiple units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, CVICU, SICU, and others
• Float between units based on staffing needs and patient acuity within similar or lower levels
• Manage ventilators, IV starts, telemetry, and other critical interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Document patient status and interventions accurately in EPIC
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote recovery

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record
• Strong clinical skills in ventilator management, telemetry, and IV access
• Ability to float between units as needed
