Desde Rehire acompañamos a una empresa orientada a la organización de viajes internacionales la búsqueda de un/a Paid Media & Growth Specialist para potenciar su posicionamiento digital, adquisición de clientes y crecimiento orgánico.
Buscamos un perfil hands-on, analítico y creativo , capaz de combinar performance marketing, SEO/GEO, estrategia de contenidos y conocimientos básicos de implementación web. La posición tendrá especial foco en una marca orientada a clientes de High Networth , por lo que será fundamental comprender su identidad visual y traducirla en campañas y contenidos efectivos.
Responsabilidades:
- Diseñar, implementar y optimizar campañas de Paid Media.
- Gestionar campañas de performance y awareness en Google Ads y Meta Ads .
- Analizar resultados, identificar oportunidades y optimizar campañas en función de métricas y objetivos.
- Desarrollar estrategias de SEO para mejorar el posicionamiento orgánico.
- Trabajar sobre GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) para potenciar la presencia de la marca en motores de búsqueda basados en IA.
- Realizar análisis de competencia, keywords, audiencias y oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Colaborar en la estrategia de marketing y posicionamiento general de la marca.
- Seleccionar y adaptar imágenes y materiales visuales para campañas publicitarias.
- Crear y editar contenido básico en imagen y video para pauta, incluyendo piezas y reels a partir de material existente.
- Mantener y actualizar contenidos, proyectos, blogs y secciones de los sitios web.
- Brindar soporte básico en implementaciones y actualizaciones web.
- Utilizar herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial para acelerar la creación, optimización y adaptación de contenidos.
- Monitorear KPIs y preparar reportes sobre performance, posicionamiento y crecimiento digital.
- Proponer de manera proactiva nuevas iniciativas y mejoras basadas en resultados.
- Realizar Landing pages según lo requieran las campañas.
Requisitos:
- Al menos 4 años de experiencia previa en Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing o posiciones similares. (EXCLUYENTE). Experiencia con posicionamiento y ventas de servicios high ticket será valorada.
- Al menos 3 años utilizando Google Ads , Meta Ads , Tiktok Ads y Pinterest .
- Conocimientos sólidos de SEO y posicionamiento orgánico.
- Conocimiento o interés práctico en GEO y posicionamiento en motores de búsqueda basados en Inteligencia Artificial.
- Experiencia analizando métricas, audiencias, conversiones y resultados de campañas.
- Capacidad para desarrollar estrategias de awareness, adquisición y crecimiento.
- Conocimientos básicos de desarrollo e implementación web, suficientes para realizar actualizaciones y trabajar sobre landing pages o sitios existentes.
- Capacidad para crear y editar piezas visuales y contenido básico para campañas.
- Experiencia utilizando herramientas de IA para generación de contenido, imágenes, investigación y optimización del trabajo.
- Buen criterio visual y capacidad para mantener consistencia con la identidad de una marca.
- Perfil autónomo, proactivo, resolutivo y orientado a resultados.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y gestionar múltiples iniciativas simultáneamente.
