Short Description:

We're seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize existing campaigns across multiple hospitality brands. The ideal candidate can work independently, quickly identify opportunities, and improve campaign performance with minimal training. This is initially a part-time position, with the possibility of increased hours or transitioning to full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize existing paid media campaigns
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance
• Monitor results and make data-driven adjustments
• Manage campaigns across multiple hotels, restaurants, and food and beverage brands
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team
• Maintain organized campaign workflows and priorities

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization
• Ability to take ownership with minimal guidance
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
• Comfortable collaborating with an internal marketing team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agency experience managing multiple client accounts
• Experience working with hospitality, restaurant, or multi-location brands
• Proven ability to improve existing campaign performance
• Experience working autonomously in a remote environment
