Role Description The Accounts Receivable Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based in Pompano Beach, FL. This role is responsible for processing and posting customer payments, generating and sending invoices, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records. Day-to-day tasks include reconciling customer accounts, monitoring aging reports, following up on past-due balances, and resolving billing or payment discrepancies. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will communicate regularly with customers and internal teams to clarify account information and ensure timely collections. The role also involves supporting month-end closing activities and contributing to continuous improvement of billing and collection processes. Qualifications Strong foundation in Accounting and Finance , including basic understanding of general ledger and accounts receivable processes. Proficiency in Invoicing practices, including accurate data entry, invoice generation, and payment application. Demonstrated Analytical Skills for reviewing aging reports, identifying issues, and reconciling customer accounts. Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, teammates, and management in a clear and professional manner. Experience with accounting or ERP software and strong Microsoft Excel skills. High level of accuracy, organization, and time management in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work on-site full time, collaborate with others, and maintain confidentiality of financial information. Relevant work experience in accounts receivable or bookkeeping; an associate’s degree or coursework in accounting or business is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
