Role Overview You will be a member of an automotive sales team that works together to achieve the same goals. You must be confident in your abilities. A strong work ethic and a driven persona thrive in this environment. The ability to work under pressure is a solid asset. You will have access to 150+ vehicles to suit your customer needs and set a five‑day a week schedule. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow‑up Conduct sales activities, assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery Utilize phone etiquette to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and implement sales strategies Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively sell vehicles Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner Experience and Qualifications Proven experience in automotive sales Finance experience not required, but great to have Strong organizational skills to manage leads, follow‑up activities, and paperwork Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues Auto sales experience: 1 year (preferred) Perks Casual dress Dental care Extended health care Life insurance On‑site parking RRSP match Vision care Job Details Job Type: Full‑time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person Note: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive.
