What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Sous Chef or senior culinary experience in luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants
• Strong background in authentic Italian cuisine, handmade pasta, and seasonal ingredients
• Experience in high-end, scratch-driven kitchens
• Exceptional culinary techniques, presentation, and attention to detail
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop culinary teams
• Strong understanding of food costs, inventory, sanitation, and kitchen operations
• Passion for culinary excellence and five-star hospitality standards
