Job Description Job Description: Citi Agency & Trust isseeking aseniorsales representative to drive growth acrosstargeted Structured Capital Market segments.The candidate will build and maintain effective relationships withkeybusiness partners,intermediaries,clients and prospects to maximize potential growth of the business. The candidatemust have a deepunderstanding of the relevant market segments, including clientandbuying behaviors and purchasing. Thesuccessful candidatewill be responsible for promoting and selling thebank’sproducts to existing and new clients, as well as assessing opportunities to optimize share of walletand increase sales. Daily duties include preparing and giving sales presentations to clients, creating and maintaining relevantsalesreports/metrics, building relationships, and meet (or exceed) sales quotas.The candidate must be able to negotiate terms and successfully close transactions with clientsand/or related transaction counterparties. Qualifications/Skills/Education Bachelor’s degree or higher. Finance experience preferred Minimum of ten years’ experience in trust or capital markets industry including sales and client experience to drive growth Strong knowledge of structured products and capital markets preferred with a strategic business and market acumen Excellent verbal, negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivation, independence, organization; demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask Strong client and operational experience, including compliance/risk/control Team player with the ability to work closely with peer groups and stakeholders Drive innovation and improvements to deliver service needs Extensive external network to build and retain strong client relationships Primary Location New York New York United States Time Type Full time Primary Location Full Time Salary Range $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 Benefits In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
