Handle all aspects of litigation, including motions, discovery, court appearances, depositions, and witness preparation. Draft and argue dispositive motions. Collaborate with partners and clients to achieve case objectives. Stipend, Compensation & Mode Base Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 per annum, plus discretionary bonus.
