The role involves providing assistance to maintain her independence at home and in community settings. Responsibilities Assist with independence goals Support gym, cooking, and other activities outside the home Qualifications Valid driver’s license Effective communication and organizational skills Flexible with assignments and schedule Reliable transportation Experience working with people with developmental disabilities (preferred) Must have technology available to download apps for community use and abide by technology policy Work Hours and Compensation Wednesday through Friday, 2:30pm to approximately 3–3.5 hours per day, up to 10 hours per week.
