Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment, allowing you to connect with patients across Tempe, Arizona, and beyond. The typical work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, though some flexibility may be needed to best accommodate patient demands. You will engage in teletherapy through secure digital platforms that ensure patient confidentiality and support accessibility to mental health services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each patient's unique circumstances and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies tailored to the cultural and personal backgrounds of your patients, ensuring that each intervention is relevant and effective.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on addressing mental health challenges and promoting resilience among patients.

• Collaborate regularly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to maintain coordinated care, ensuring the holistic support of patient needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, equipping patients with essential coping strategies and resources.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, available treatment options, and community support services.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records while complying with legal and ethical standards, using advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training initiatives to enhance both personal and organizational growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
