PHG delivers Enhanced Care Management (ECM), Community Supports (CS), and Behavioral Health (BH) services under the CalAIM framework to Medi-Cal members across multiple California counties. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance high-volume recruitment demands with a human-centered, values-driven approach to talent acquisition.
