Chief Financial Officer

Chief Financial OfficerUnder general direction with a high level of autonomy, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to direct the business operations of Planned Parenthood of Michigan 501(c)3 and Planned Parenthood Advocates of Michigan 501(c)4. The CFO has primary responsibility for all aspects of PPMI's and PPAM's planning and reporting, strategic management of accounting and financial programs, and oversight of Treasury, Accounting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis functions. This role leads major projects, programs, or processes with significant business impact involving cross-functional teams. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the CFO influences strategic direction, develops tactical plans and completes complex assignments independently and in collaboration with others, evaluating outcomes against goals and objectives. The CFO works closely with senior level leadership, board members, external agencies, and vendors.
