Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the psychological, emotional, and situational factors affecting clients' lives.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused interventions.

• Provide individual therapy sessions that address mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues.

• Utilize teletherapy tools effectively to facilitate virtual sessions, ensuring that clients have the necessary technology and support for their therapy experience.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment outcomes, and session notes in compliance with ethical standards and regulations.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population ranging from adolescents to adults. Our clients come with a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Your ability to connect with clients and foster therapeutic alliances will be crucial in facilitating their healing processes and helping them achieve their personal growth objectives.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, exhibiting empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

• Excellent organizational abilities and time-management skills to handle caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While experience in mental health counseling is essential, we welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds. Any prior work in teletherapy or an understanding of virtual counseling platforms is an advantage, as it will enhance your ability to connect with clients remotely. Additional certifications in specialized therapy areas may also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive compensation package ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year , depending on your caseload and professional experience. In addition to a salary commensurate with your expertise, we offer:
