The remote work setting provides our therapists with the flexibility to manage their schedules while maintaining effective patient care through telehealth services. While the typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, we recognize the importance of adapting to patient needs, allowing for some flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Implement and facilitate therapeutic interventions, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to enhance client outcomes.

• Organize and lead psychoeducational groups focusing on prevalent mental health concerns, creating an inclusive space for peer support and community involvement.

• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure that patient care is holistic and coordinated across disciplines.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring clients receive immediate help when needed.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, potential treatment pathways, and community resources available to support their journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.

Qualifications\n
