Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversee the clinical care of your patients, displaying proficiency in mental health intervention and management.

• Conduct individualized or group therapy sessions, performing thorough assessments and documenting treatment logs for each client.
\n
• Manage a diverse caseload that includes patients with varying psychological needs, adapting your therapeutic approach as necessary.
\n
• Employ advanced assessment techniques to identify psychological interventions for patients and their families, collaborating to create effective treatment plans.
\n
• Utilize clinical skills to counsel patients and their families, navigate crisis situations, and implement therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Offer personalized counseling services, including individual, conjoint, or family therapy, while facilitating referrals to specialized professionals when required.
\n
• Evaluate patient needs regularly and adjust the action plans for psychological services within the primary care unit to monitor progress effectively.
\n
• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations and incorporate findings into the overall care strategy.
\n
• Document and update strategy outlines, progress summaries, and necessary modifications to treatment plans.
\n
• Provide educational and supportive resources to patients and their families to foster engagement and understanding of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be working with a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. This role requires sensitivity and responsiveness to the unique circumstances each patient presents, allowing you to tailor your approach to meet their specific needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.

• Current licensure as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory.

• Applicants must have a minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in mental health care delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience in telehealth services and knowledge of electronic health record systems will be advantageous in this role. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies is highly valued.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
