Join our mission-driven team as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a senior executive role reporting directly to the Founder and CEO. This is an on-site role based in Clearwater, Florida, working in close partnership with the Founder, CEO, and executive leadership team to drive financial strategy, major initiatives, and company-wide execution. As CFO, you will lead the financial strategy, planning, and operations of hellocare, ensuring that our rapid growth is underpinned by strong financial discipline and scalable processes. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy and Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability. Capital Management: Manage fundraising efforts, including equity and debt financing, to secure the capital needed for strategic initiatives and operations. Reporting: Provide comprehensive financial reports to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accuracy. Your Profile Experience: 5+ years of senior financial leadership experience, ideally in the healthcare, technology, or telehealth sectors. Expertise: Demonstrated success in financial strategy, capital management, and operational efficiency. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare finance, including regulatory environments and reimbursement models. Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Leadership: Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
