Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively engage with clients in both virtual and in-person sessions, conducting comprehensive assessments to identify their mental health needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to the specific emotional and psychological challenges faced by students.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy to foster a supportive environment that promotes healing and resilience.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on care strategies and promote coordinated efforts for student well-being.

• Provide timely and thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress.

• Conduct brief screenings and assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to evaluate clients' mental health status.

• Coordinate with families, educators, and external service providers to ensure access to necessary resources and services.

• Participate actively in committees focused on enhancing service delivery and quality improvement within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on students within the school system who present with symptoms of major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders. This includes providing culturally competent care to a diverse client base and adapting therapeutic approaches to suit individual needs. The LCSW will also engage with families and caregivers, empowering them with knowledge and resources to support their child's mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.

Radiant Family Relations Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
