Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, resources, and environmental factors impacting their well-being.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, incorporating personalized goals and interventions.

• Engage in collaborative case discussions with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all clients.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and risk assessment, providing safety planning as required to address urgent client needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community engagement and peer support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
