Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and gather information to effectively identify clients' emotional, psychological, and social needs while working within the hospice team.

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored for terminally ill patients and their families.

• Design and implement customized service plans that focus on clients’ goals, facilitate coping strategies, and promote overall quality of life.

Compensation and Benefits\n
