Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs.

• Maintain a robust caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, delivering consistent therapeutic approaches in individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Document case progress meticulously, preparing individual documentation for each session that reflects company guidelines, including treatment plan reviews and case notes.

• Utilize innovative interventions to assist clients in overcoming obstacles and achieving their therapeutic goals, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your approach.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, families, medical personnel, and educational staff to coordinate comprehensive services for clients.

• Provide exceptional customer service, establishing rapport with clients and promoting a welcoming and supportive environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families navigating various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
