ADR Case Manager — Scheduling, Documentation & Client Care

JAMS

JAMS in Chicago is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support arbitrations and mediations, maintain case records, and coordinate hearings and panelist communications. You will play a key role in delivering excellent client service and ensuring timely case progression within a collaborative ADR environment. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in case management or related legal/client services roles, strong written and verbal communication, and a solid understanding of ADR processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr JAMS
