As an Armed Security Officer in a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $24.66 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM Wed 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and document visitor activity, incidents, and patrol observations. Maintain professional readiness and follow all applicable laws, licensing requirements, post orders, and Allied Universal procedures for armed posts. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least one year of security-related experience. Possess an armed guard card or license. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
