Front Desk Coordinator & Office Administrator
Job Location: Southfield, MI
Job Description:
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
- Assist prospective students with inquiries and registration paperwork.
- Perform data entry and maintain office records and files.
- Support daily administrative and office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate meetings and office activities as needed.
Requirement:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, office administration, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Customer-service oriented.
- Dependable and team-focused.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable and able to work independently.
