This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working independently, and experienced with QuickBooks Online.Key ResponsibilitiesRecord and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks OnlineMaintain accurate and organized financial recordsProcess deposits, contributions, and other income transactionsMonitor accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoicesAssist with payroll coordination when neededReconcile bank accounts and credit card statementsReview account balances and identify discrepanciesPrepare monthly financial reports, including: Income StatementsBalance SheetsMaintain consistency in expense coding and account classificationsDocument financial procedures and support continuity of operationsWork closely with existing accounting staff to learn and maintain established processesRequired QualificationsExperience using QuickBooks OnlineStrong knowledge of bank and credit card reconciliationsExperience preparing basic financial reportsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong organizational and time management skillsPreferred QualificationsPayroll experienceUnderstanding of restricted or fund-based accountingAbility to read and interpret financial statementsJoin a team that values efficiency, communication, and precision.
