Senior Accounting Manager

Job Description
FTS is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee close activities, financial reporting, and accounting operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team, improve processes, and collaborate with senior leadership.
\n \n \nResponsibilities
\n- \n
- Oversee month-end and quarter-end close. \n
- Manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and consolidation activities. \n
- Review accounting transactions and supporting documentation. \n
- Support audits and maintain internal controls. \n
- Lead and develop an accounting team. \n
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes. \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an active CPA. \n
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting. \n
Required Skills
\n- \n
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting. \n
- Experience managing a team and overseeing multi-entity accounting. \n
- Strong Excel and ERP system skills. \n
- Excellent communication and organizational skills. \n
