Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples, families, and individuals.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and family units, while also providing individual sessions to each family member as needed.
\n
• Addressing various issues, including but not limited to grief and loss, communication difficulties, conflicts among family members, job stress, and separation/divorce adjustment.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their personal therapy goals.
\n
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide integrated care tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Documenting treatment progress and maintaining accurate clinical records to ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families seeking support for a variety of mental health issues. You will work closely with clients experiencing challenges such as alcohol abuse, psychological or physical abuse, family conflicts, blended family dynamics, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, empowering them through therapy to navigate their personal and relational hurdles effectively.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following credentials:

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
