We are growing our team and are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Call Centre Agent, Inbound to join our remote team.

As a Call Centre Agent, Inbound , you will be one of the first points of contact for CareerSwift customers and users. You will handle incoming calls, answer questions, provide information about our products and services, and help customers resolve common issues.

This role is focused on delivering a positive customer experience rather than cold calling or aggressive sales. You will also work with internal teams when a customer request requires additional assistance.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner.

• Understand customer questions and provide accurate information and assistance.

• Help customers resolve common issues and guide them through basic processes.

• Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate team.

• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.

• Follow up on open customer requests when required.

• Share recurring customer questions or issues with the relevant internal teams.

Compensation

$36,000 - $45,000 per year , depending on experience and qualifications.
