Inbound Sales Consultant

Taking inbound sales calls from small businesses, the full-time Inbound Sales Consultant will identify sales opportunities through consultative conversations, cross-sell additional business supplies, and provide a genuine customer experience while working remotely. Key responsibilities Meet monthly performance metrics for revenue, customer experience, and time management Follow prescribed sales approaches to increase average spend and highlight product value Manage a high volume of customer inquiries while accurately placing orders Required qualifications High School diploma or GED Experience in retail or call center environments with strong customer-facing communication skills Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365 applications Ability to build rapport with clients and demonstrate accountability for actions and results Creative problem-solving skills to connect customer needs with meaningful solutions
