Project Administrator - Construction Division

Overview The Project Administrator supports the construction team by managing project documentation, coordinating communication, tracking procurement, and assisting with scheduling and field follow-up. This role helps ensure SpinXpress Laundry locations are built efficiently, documented accurately, and delivered in alignment with brand standards. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities and timelines. Responsibilities Coordinate construction project workflows and maintain organized project records Support scheduling, procurement tracking, and delivery coordination Manage submittals, RFIs, and communication through Procore, Click Up, and Company Cam Ensure project documents are compliant, complete, and audit-ready Communicate directly with contractors, vendors, and internal teams Coordinate with municipalities to submit plans and track inspections Track project timelines and budget progress; escalate issues early Assist with closeout documentation and liaison with landlord representation Qualifications Experience in construction project coordination or project admin role Familiarity with Procore, ClickUp, CompanyCam, or similar platforms Strong organizational and follow-through skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Knowledge of commercial construction phases and documentation standards Professional communication skills with subcontractors, owners, and internal stakeholders Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $45,000 annually Paid time off and paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision benefits available Growth opportunities with a rapidly expanding company Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday Travel as needed Why Join SpinXpress Be part of a growing national construction division Make a direct impact on the successful opening of new SpinXpress Laundry locations Work in a supportive, process-driven environment where strong organizational skills are valued #J-18808-Ljbffr SpinXpress - Houston
