Revenue Enablement Manager

To support a growing sales organization, the full-time Revenue Enablement Manager will design, implement, and manage comprehensive enablement programs remotely, empowering GTM Sales teams to operate efficiently and drive predictable revenue through cross-functional collaboration and innovative training solutions. Key responsibilities Develop and deliver dynamic training content for onboarding and continuous education, ensuring alignment with revenue organization KPIs Evaluate program performance and provide actionable feedback to sales leaders, establishing clear criteria for training success and measuring impact on sales metrics Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to create a robust library of sales-specific training materials and ensure alignment with strategic business needs Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales-focused training content design or a related Learning and Development role, preferably in a SaaS environment Comprehensive understanding of SaaS business motions and the customer lifecycle Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail in curriculum and content development Proven ability to identify innovative learning solutions and drive effective enablement initiatives Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools is a plus Virtual Vocations Inc
