At BrightStar Care of Central DuPage/Wheaton, we're looking for a Strategic Recruiter who is energized by finding exceptional talent, solving hiring challenges, and helping shape the future of recruiting. We are one of the busiest offices nationwide, often in the Top 10 for weekly revenue! This isn't a recruiter role where you'll spend your day posting jobs and waiting for applicants. We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive, connected to recruiting trends, and excited about leveraging AI and emerging technology to create a better hiring experience. You'll play a key role in helping us attract top caregivers, nurses, and office professionals who make a difference in the lives of our clients every day.
