Position Overview Branch Manager – Retail Branch Organization, Baltimore, MD (5435 Reistertown Rd, Baltimore, MD 21215-4404). The role is in‑office and focuses on delivering superior customer experiences while fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions. Build and develop a high‑performing team via attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development. Utilize a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty, focusing on acquisition and share‑of‑wallet growth. Drive business banking results through business development and community involvement activities. Oversee risk management and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Coach the team on consultative selling, technology‑enabled interactions, and solutions that improve client financial well‑being. Manage operational, human capital, reputational and business risk, exercising sound decision‑making to mitigate sales practice risk. Qualifications 3+ years of related experience in branch banking services or equivalent. Relevant product knowledge and a foundation in balance sheet and income statement concepts. Proven people‑management experience, including coaching, performance management, and talent development. Strong decision‑making, customer‑focus, and risk‑management skills. Ability to lead a diverse and inclusive team, supporting PNC’s values of inclusivity, innovation, and results.
