IT Recruiter vTech specializes in staffing solutions, and the IT Recruiter will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for information technology positions. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations. Source candidates from proprietary database, social media, professional networking, and third‑party job boards. Validate candidates’ experience and skill sets against the client’s requirements. Perform initial screening questions to determine the most suitable candidates. Submit qualified candidates to the technical team. Coordinate technical screening with the technical team, re‑validating technical skills. Administer background checks as required per client agreement. Onboard selected candidates, facilitating integration at the client’s location. Position Details Title: IT Recruiter Location: Cherry Hill, NJ08003 Contract duration: 4‑6 months Requirements Recruitment and talent acquisition concentrated in Information Technology; compliance with labor laws and governmental and industry regulations. Recruitment, sourcing and management of multiple requisitions; engaging with hiring managers and effectively selling the company’s value proposition. Preferred experience with SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking System. Demonstrated experience in internet sourcing within the IT industry. Strong knowledge of IT systems and applications. Open to agency or corporate experience; adaptability, independence, and the ability to hit the ground running are essential.
