• Deliver targeted speech-language therapy sessions focused on enhancing communication, language development, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing efficacy.
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic team of physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and family members to develop holistic care plans.
• Empower patients and their families through education that promotes communication progress beyond therapy sessions.
• Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapeutic interventions to provide seamless patient care throughout their recovery process.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of patient progress in accordance with relevant regulatory standards.
• Engage in continued education and team learning to stay abreast of advancements in the field.

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a reputable program.
• Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification has not yet been obtained.

Certifications

• State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist required.
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within the first month of employment.
