We take pride in making a difference in the lives of our residents and their families and look forward to you coming aboard to join us.Director Of Rehabilitation ResponsibilitiesAs the Director of Rehabilitation at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you will play a critical role with rehabilitation department operations, compliance, and the care of our residents. You are responsible for your team providing the highest quality of Occupational therapy, Physical therapy, and Speech Therapy to meet the needs of our residents. You are conscientious and organized about keeping all records up to date and ensuring compliance with policy and procedures. Using your excellent leadership and mentorship skills, you will manage all the rehab department staff and participate on the facility interdisciplinary team. You always encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth and sincere concern for our residents and team members.
